ANCIENT Terroir
Georgia is widely recognized as the birthplace of wine and the origin of Vitis vinifera. At the heart of this 11,000-year-old tradition is Kakheti, the country’s principal wine-growing region, where varied soils, elevations, and exposures create a diverse landscape for viticulture.
We are terroir hunters. We believe the most important decisions are made before grapes reach the cellar. Our work begins with identifying sites and parcels capable of expressing structure, balance, and character from the land itself.
Wines
The aim is to make wines where the vineyard remains visible in the glass. Each block is harvested, vinified, and evaluated individually, allowing the qualities of each site to emerge.
Separate fermentations and blending decisions preserve those differences, so the character of each vineyard remains evident in the final wine.

Culture
Wine in Georgia is tied to identity, continuity, and survival across centuries of invasion and political pressure.
Mountains, towers, and vineyards remain enduring symbols of that history, carried forward through the people, landscape, and wines of Kakheti.
